When you call, you get me.
That’s the whole pitch, and it’s the reason this business exists. I got tired of watching people hire an exterior cleaner, get handed off to a dispatcher, then have a different crew show up every visit with nobody actually accountable for the result. So I built the opposite. My name is Eugene Payne, I own Everyday Pressure, and I quote the work and I do the work.
Everyday Pressure runs under my umbrella company, The EP Family LLC — the initials are mine, which was the point. It’s a family of small businesses that all report back to one place, and pressure washing is the one that got built first because it’s the one I could put my hands on immediately.
Why exterior cleaning in this valley specifically
Las Vegas is a genuinely unusual place to clean things. There’s no rain to rinse anything, so dust doesn’t come and go — it accumulates in layers and gets ground in by traffic. The tap water is some of the hardest in the country, around 17 grains per gallon, so every sprinkler that clips a window or a stucco wall leaves mineral scale behind. And in summer, surface temperatures get high enough that a driveway will flash dry before a detergent has had time to do anything, which is why I book mornings first and why I’d rather turn down an afternoon slot than deliver mediocre work in it.
Most of what I know about this trade is that kind of thing. Which surfaces you can put pressure on and which ones you absolutely cannot. Why stucco needs a soft wash and a chemical instead of a wand. Why a surface cleaner leaves an even finish and freehand waving leaves stripes you can see from the street for the next year. None of that is glamorous, but it’s the difference between a clean driveway and a permanently marked one.
How I actually work
I quote honestly, including when the honest answer is that a surface won’t come back all the way. Some stains are permanent. Some concrete has been sealed with something that changes what’s possible. I’ll tell you that up front rather than take the job, over-promise, and hand you a disappointment at the end.
I publish starting prices instead of making you call to find out anything. I’d rather you know whether this is in your budget before either of us spends time on it.
I ask for a photo because a photo usually answers the question. It saves you a site visit and it stops me from guessing at a number I’d have to revise later.
And I walk the finished job with you before you pay. If something isn’t right, I’d much rather hear it while the equipment is still in your driveway.
Where this is going
The plan isn’t to become a faceless franchise with a call centre. It’s to build something in Las Vegas and Henderson that people recommend by name — my name — because they know exactly who showed up and exactly who to call again. Small, careful, and local, with the owner still on the truck.
